Standard Equipment:
- Guiding Roller: One set of guiding rollers with digital in out movements are provided to guide the foam block to the center of the machine.
- Trimming: Two vertical cutting machines in a left-right arrangement. cutting width from 500 to 2100mm.
- Block Cut Off: Heavy duty Stationary block cut-off with knife guide for cutting dry blocks. Block length is set digitally through touch panel.
- Conveyor: Length of conveyor as per specific requirement of customers.
- Horizontal Cutting: A horizontal cutting machine may be added in line to cut mattresses. Having digital touch panel operation in the same process line. Having full width perforated belt for vacuum suction.
