It has a laminated wood table top to provide you with a clean and smooth worktop for cutting. The side supports are adjustable according to your need and help prevent the block from moving. The table frame is movable with bearing slides to ease the operation while cutting and adjusting the machine with the space available for each project. Heavier blocks are easy to handle due to the movable table frame. The basic space requirement for our machine is 4.2 x 5.5 m. The machine requires it to be operated manually for guiding the foam through the blade, just like a wood band saw machine. The motorised slitting section has four balanced blade wheels. The electric blade drive motor ensures smooth cutting and flawless movement of foam through the blades with an upper and lower band knife guidance system.
