Trimming

 Trimming utilizes both vertical and horizontal cutting of smaller blocks into desired shapes. A combination of cutting techniques is used for trimming. The block cutter is designed with a two-way guillotine system that cuts from top to bottom and button to top alternatively. The sizes of the blocks can be adjusted on the photo sensor of this PLC-operated machine. The trimming block cutter is preferred for processing tailoring individual custom designs instead of bulk foam blocks.
