Foam Punching Machine
The Foam Punching Machine is designed for precision foam sheet perforation. Designed with a Heavy Duty Hydraulic Punching Head, this machine offers both durability and efficiency. With a touch screen and PLC for smooth operation, all of its processes are fully automated.
It can handle a sponge punching width of 2150 mm and a maximum thickness of 100 mm. The hole distribution is set at 60 x 60 mm with a diameter of 10 mm, and it punches up to 5 lines at once. Full-width conveyors on both the feeding and output sides, along with variable punching speeds, make it perfect for high-demand production.
